William Moore, Sr. has over thirty years
experience in the field of Criminal Justice. While employed with a
criminal justice agency William designed, developed and implemented
training programs for law enforcement. He is an instructor in
criminal justice and paralegal programs at the Enterprise-Ozark
Community College and has been for the past ten years. After
retiring in 2000 he has focused his practice in the areas of
Divorce, Child Custody, Child Support, Family Law, Criminal Law,
Bankruptcy, Social Security Disability and collections. Not only
working at the trial level but also on the appellate level with
other attorneys referring clients for this appellate work.

William "Jeff" Moore, Jr.
A native of Enterprise, Alabama;
Jeff attended, played football and graduated with honors from
Enterprise High School. After graduating from Enterprise High
School, Jeff attended Enterprise State Junior College where he again
graduated with honors. Jeff attended the University of South Alabama
where he received a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics Education,
graduating in the top 10% of his class, with Magna Cum Laude Honors.
While attending South Alabama, Jeff was a member of the Phi Kappa
Phi, Golden Key, Alpha Chi, and Alpha Theta Chi, Honor Societies. He
also assisted the club football and baseball teams.
After graduation from South
Alabama, Jeff attended Thomas Goode Jones School of Law at Faulkner
University in Montgomery, Alabama. While attending Jones School of
Law, Jeff was a member of the Student Bar Association and served two
years on the Jones Law Review (the second year as Notes Editor).
Jeff also was a recipient of the Ronald A. Canty Memorial
scholarship and received awards for best paper in his Remedies and
Constitutional Law classes. In addition, Jeff served as a mentor to
first year law students, participated in the Mediation Clinic, and
helped to with the organizing of the First Annual Fred Grey Civil
Rights Symposium at Jones School of Law. Jeff graduated from Jones
School of Law, number two in his graduating class. He graduated with
Cum Laude Honors.
While in law school, Jeff held a
law clerk position for Judge John Thomas King, Jr., Circuit Court
Judge for the Tenth Judicial Circuit, Birmingham Division, Civil
Division and Bowles & Cottle, Attorneys at Law in Tallassee,
Alabama. Upon Graduation, Jeff took a position as Assistant
District Attorney over the Family Services Division in Twenty-Eighth
Judicial Circuit District Attorney’s Office in Baldwin County,
Alabama. Currently, Jeff works with his father, Bill, at Moore &
Moore, Attorneys at Law, P.C. Jeff’s practice includes criminal
defense, juvenile cases, probate, estates, debt collection,
plaintiff’s litigation, and family law (divorce, child custody,
child support, etc.)
